Artists Martha Lamont and Grace Thompson led children in creating Matisse-inspired cards or posters! Using bold and vibrant colours, we looked at how a colour can be transformed by placing it alongside another colour to create a work of art full of energy and joy—a perfect gift for a loved one.
We explored composition, and Children were encouraged to select their palette through the eyes of our chosen artist. This was a 1.5-hour workshop, and children took home a work of art!
